CANCELLATION POLICY

At The Golden Brow, I am committed to providing exceptional services and a positive experience for every client. My deposit, cancellation, and no-show policies are in place to protect both my time and my ability to make a living. All appointments require a 50% non-refundable deposit at booking. This deposit is transferable to a new appointment date if you reschedule outside of the 24 hour window, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Your appointment spot is dedicated specifically for you. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit is forfeited and does not transfer, as these appointments are difficult to fill on short notice. No-call, no-show appointments are not tolerated and will result in a charge of the remaining 50% balance, for a total loss of 100% of the service cost.
