My cancellation and no-show policies are in place to protect both my time and my ability to make a living. Your appointment spot is dedicated specifically for you, and if you cancel in the 24 hour window a fee of 50% of the scheduled service will apply, as these appointments are difficult to fill on short notice. No-call, no-show appointments are not tolerated and will result in a charge of 100% of the service. I understand that life can be unpredictable, and in cases of emergencies, I am happy to work with you to find a solution. Please reach out as soon as possible, and we can discuss options together.
